Role Summary
As Recruitment Administrator you will provide support across wide range of Recruitment activities including sourcing and administration. You will be an effective communicator with strong organisational skills combined with an energetic and enthusiastic style. Working closely with the onshore crewing team to ensure the company’s ROV fleet is manned with a constant supply of qualified, skilled and competent offshore personnel to meet global business demands.
Key duties and responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
* Maintenance of the Global Talent Pool – ATS is to be kept updated with availability dates, certificates & up to date information
* Assist with invoicing of third-party time sheets / invoices
* Manage the application process and ensure all talent pool is GDPR Compliant and up to date with mailing lists etc.,
* Assist with the search, identification and engagement of candidates in the required positions/vacancies
* Ensure that new starts are added to the appropriate systems and databases and applicable forms are completed for a smooth onboarding process
* Adherence to on-boarding processes and verification of all documentation (e.g. personal detail forms, certification, etc.) are all in place prior to start dates
* Coordinate all departments’ administration to ensure accuracy
* Ensure recruitment systems are maintained and fully compliant with current legislation
* Build valued relationships with internal stakeholders and with regular direct candidate contact
* Assist with formatting of CV’s
* Assisting team members with any other relevant activities.
About You
You should have previous experience in administration, data inputting and dealing with people on the phone. You should also have experience of working in a fast pace and high growth environment.
Previous experience in a recruitment role/recruiting in an operational offshore environment is desirable.
