Merchandisers are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products, including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more, in stores such as supermarkets and large grocery stores. Although you will start as a Merchandiser, we are invested in helping you grow with us, opening doors to career opportunities within our company or PepsiCo.
In this role, your frequent tasks will include:
1. Driving your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to various store locations
2. Retrieving FritoLay products and merchandising them throughout the store
3. Working in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives
4. Following a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers, with opportunities to attain different work schedules over time
5. Using a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activities
Our operations run 24 hours a day, so schedules may vary, and the job is physically demanding. Expect to be on your feet for the entire shift. Minimum qualifications include:
* Being 18 years of age or older
* Having a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
* Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations
