OFFICE BASED 9AM TO 5PM
The role of a Rostering Co-Ordinator is to allocate care workers to customer visits by using effective rostering, ensuring continuity of care and taking into account locations, skills required and customer preferences. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends as each office member of staff takes the out of hours phone on a rota basis during the week and on weekends.
Communicating with staff and answering any queries regarding rota's
Dealing with absences of staff
Answering the telephone and liaising with staff and service users
Data imputing
Out of hour's telephone on a rota basis
