Duties
* Greet clients warmly and assist them with their tanning appointments
* Explain different tanning options and products available to customers
* Prepare tanning beds and equipment for use, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
* Provide guidance on skincare and makeup application related to tanning services
* Maintain the cleanliness of the salon, including sanitising equipment and work areas
* Manage appointment bookings and handle customer enquiries efficiently
* Upsell products such as tanning lotions, skincare items, or makeup when appropriate
* Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed at all times
Skills
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Ability to provide makeup application advice or assistance as needed
* Organised with good attention to detail to maintain hygiene standards
* Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
* Previous experience in beauty or wellness settings is advantageous but not essential
* A professional attitude with a focus on client satisfaction
