This role plays a vital part in helping pupils access the curriculum, develop confidence and achieve their potential. As a Teaching Assistant / HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and colleagues to deliver engaging learning support, promote inclusion and encourage positive behaviour. You will support children individually, in groups and occasionally whole-class settings.
