With 200 current Trainee Solicitors, our Personal Injury Paralegal Graduate Scheme is your first step to becoming qualified
* All of our training contracts are offered internally.
* We offer multiple routes to qualification.
* An initial 5-week dedicated training programme based within our Training Centre, before moving into the department. Followed by seven weekly seminars on practical skills review, focused on your development.
* Three appraisals per year and weekly 1-1 meetings with your supervisor to guide you.

Paralegals with strong legal academic achievements (LLB, GDL, LLM, LPC or equivalent).
* Full-time availability is required from
Monday,
13th April 2026
and
no leave booked for the first 12 weeks

* No legal work experience necessary.
* Passionate about being a lawyer and helping injured people.
Things you want to know
* Salary –
£26,000 per annum.
* Hours –
8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday-Thursday with a 5 pm finish on Friday (39.5 hours).
* Hybrid Working -
3/2 alternative working from home pattern for staff after 6 months.
* Holidays
* 23 days of holiday a year, rising to 26 days + a day off for your birthday after two years of service.

Our interview process is two stages. The first is a one-way pre-recorded video interview (done in your own time) and then a face-to-face MS Teams interview.
