Product Manager | Consumer Health Scale-Up | Onsite once a week
We’re hiring a Product Manager to join a science-led consumer health business with a loyal customer base across the UK and Australia.
This is a hands-on, analytical role for someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day performance of a product portfolio and turning data and insight into clear actions. You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in how products are optimised, launched and scaled.
The role suits someone who likes responsibility, visibility and variety and who wants to grow into a broader product or commercial role over time.
What you’ll do
* Own the day-to-day performance and optimisation of the product range
* Analyse sales, margin, customer behaviour and feedback to inform decisions
* Support forecasting, stock planning and inventory management across UK & Australia
* Work closely with suppliers to manage timelines, deliveries and product updates
* Track product performance through simple dashboards and reporting
* Identify underperforming products and improvement opportunities
* Support new product development from early ideas through to launch
* Coordinate packaging changes, reformulations and launch readiness
* Manage a small customer service team to stay close to customer insight
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Tech and Operations
You’re likely someone who
* Is analytical, organised and comfortable working with data
* Enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical execution
* Has experience in e-commerce or a related consumer business
* Is confident working directly with suppliers and external partners
* Is comfortable managing a small team and setting priorities
* Thrives in small, fast-moving environments with high autonomy
Experience in FMCG, consumer products, health or nutrition is a bonus, but not essential.
