In this role, the successful ASD TA will work closely with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them to access learning and feel supported within the classroom environment.
This ASD TA position offers the chance to build strong, meaningful relationships with pupils while contributing to an inclusive and nurturing school setting.
Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support as an ASD TA to pupils with additional needs
* Assist in implementing individual education and behaviour plans
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Promote engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing
