We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in Havering. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and inspiring students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
The Role
* Plan and deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons
* Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Monitor and support student progress
* Encourage students to develop confidence in programming, digital literacy, and problem-solving
* Work collaboratively with staff and contribute positively to the wider school community
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Computer Science within UK secondary schools
* Strong classroom management skills
* A passion for education and student achievement
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
