* Annual Salary: £23,381 - £26,840 (FTE £29,578 - £33,953) inclusive of London Weighting Allowance

* Job Type: Full-time, Term time only (36 hours per week, 36 working weeks)

We are seeking an energetic and driven Student Enrichment & Engagement Officer to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about student development and engagement, with a keen understanding of current youth trends and effective use of social media. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting student enrichment and the student voice, particularly focusing on young adults with barriers to learning and SEND.

Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead and develop cross-college enrichment programs, including holiday programmes and residential trips.
* Facilitate and enhance the student voice within the college and the wider community.
* Engage students in activities that develop their skills and widen their participation during their college years.
* Work closely with students to understand their needs and interests, using this information to tailor enrichment activities.
* Create and maintain an alumni community to foster long-term engagement with past students.
* Utilise social media and other digital platforms to promote events and activities effectively.
