Nemesis Now are looking for a Marketplace Manager to join our high-performing commercial team and take ownership of our Amazon listings. If you’re commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. As Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, listings, data entry, forecasting of stock and backend support. You’ll work closely with our chosen external marketplace management agency to optimise product listings and maximise profits and internally with our product team and Commercial Director to ensure the right product is available to support the performance. Be accountable and responsible for • Product listings management • Inventory maintenance, monitoring stock levels, update ASIN’s and manage listings including coordinating shipments with the warehouse, factory or 3PL • Order management and reporting – tracking orders and generating performance reports • Customer support - Amazon side, resolving order-related issues • Backend maintenance – maintain files, upload feeds, resolve listing errors • Content and storefront support – content and updating Amazon brand store content • Compliance management – upload compliance documentation, resolve listing issues You will have success here if you are able to • Take ownership • Drive conversion rate optimisation, SEO, product content and listing quality to maximise visibility and sales. • Create and optimise product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords for SEO. • Manage the end-to-end performance of e-commerce marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and Ads. • Stay updated on marketplace policies, platform changes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations This role is full time and fully office based at one of our two offices located in Stoke-On-Trent. Both offices have free on-site parking and one is conveniently located opposite Stoke train station. We have a flexible hour’s policy around our core office hours of 10am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and 9am – 2pm on a Friday. As long as your contracted hours are worked then you are free to choose and flex your start and finish times around those core office hours. There will be occasions when you will need to be available to attend video calls with our partners in the USA. Whilst German speaking would be advantageous it is not essential. We have ambitious growth plans and are seeking individuals with a positive, can-do attitude to grow with us. We will reward achievement of targets with a generous bonus scheme.
