A respected local hospitality group is reopening a community-focused pub in a stunning location in Weston-super-Mare and is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help deliver a fresh, quality-led menu and popular weekend carvery.
The Role
Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
Lead the team during service and in the Head Chefs absence
Maintain high standards of cooking, prep and presentation
Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance
Assist with menu development, specials and stock control
Help deliver smooth, efficient service across all shifts
About You
Experienced Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
Confident leading a team in a busy, fresh-food kitchen
Organised, calm under pressure and quality-driven
Positive, team-focused and committed to high standards
