We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker / Flagger to join a busy social housing team working on planned and reactive maintenance projects across residential properties.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in groundwork and paving who takes pride in delivering high-quality work within occupied social housing environments.
Your new role
1. Carry out general groundwork duties including:Flagging, slabbing, and paving repairs/replacementsConcreting and trenching worksDrainage and external repairs
2. Work on pathways, gardens, andmunal outdoor areas
3. Ensure all work ispleted in line with health & safety regulations
4. Deliver work to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
5. Liaise professionally with tenants and site supervisors
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience as a Groundworker / Flagger (essential)
7. Experience working within social housing or occupied properties
8. Full UK driving licence
