From grassroots to the elite game, we work alongside the football community to ensure that every girl and young woman, no matter where she starts, has access to opportunities, support, and inspiration.
Through programmes like our Future Leaders Programme, community-led events, and mentoring initiatives, we build confidence, leadership skills, and lasting networks. Our goal is simple but powerful: to elevate her game, her voice, and her future – and to inspire more women to lead in football than ever before.
The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and organised Project Manager to join our small but ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping and delivering the work of the Foundation. You'll help us bring our vision to life by ensuring our projects are well planned, well managed, and make the biggest possible difference to the people and communities we serve. From communications and fundraising to service delivery and policy, you'll have the chance to work across a wide range of projects that sit at the heart of our strategy.
This role will suit someone who is motivated, adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively. You'll bring strong project management skills, but also creativity, empathy, and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
* Location: Remote, with occasional travel
* Salary: £375 day rate, 1 day per week
* Reports to: Miss Kick Foundation Trustee Board
* Length of contract: 6 months, with the view to extending
Key Responsibilities:
* Working with the team and Trustees to support fundraising activities – from helping prepare funding applications and impact reports to building positive relationships with donors and partners so that the charity has the resources it needs to grow and sustain its work.
* Proactively seeking out and developing new partnerships and opportunities that align with our mission, working with others to create collaborations that expand our reach, increase our impact, and open up more pathways for girls and young women in football.
* Working closely with our team and external accountants to make sure our Charity accounts and reports are accurate, up to date, and submitted on time, helping us meet our legal obligations and remain transparent to our supporters and stakeholders.
* Lead projects from start to finish – from design and planning through to delivery, monitoring, and evaluation.
* Work closely with colleagues, Trustees, and partners to ensure projects deliver meaningful and sustainable impact.
* Help us to put in place clear and supportive ways of tracking and reviewing our projects, so we can see what's working well, learn where we can do better, and make sure our work is sustainable for the future.
* Share regular updates and learning from our projects to support decision-making and strategy, ensuring the voices and needs of our communities and stakeholders are reflected in the charity's direction.

* Passionate about women's sport and social impact.
* Experience or interest in charitable fundraising.
* Experience in project management or a related field.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and bring people with you.
* A collaborative team player who is also confident working independently.
* Organised, deadline-driven, and focused, with an eye for detail.
* Understanding of women's football at grassroots or community level (desirable but not essential).
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
