Job Description
We are recruiting for compassionate Care Assistants to join our amazing team!
*Driving license essential with access to own vehicle*
*Must have the right to work in the UK - We do not offer sponsorship*
Hours:
1. Monday - Sunday Between 7am - 1pm
2. Working every 2nd weekend - Expectation ( 2 days off during week )
3. Covering Arbroath & surrounding Area's
Responsibilities:
4. Carry out minimum 1-hour visits.
5. Provide introductions to all clients.
6. Focus on person-centred care by building strong relationships to understand clients' needs and preferences.
7. Personal care: Support clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, grooming, ensuring they remain healthy and independent.
8. Medication support: Assist clients with their medication needs.
9. Companionship: Ensure clients have social interactions daily by engaging in conversations, completing activities of their choice, and accompanying them to appointments or shopping.
10. Home help: Assist with everyday tasks such as tidying, laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation/cooking.
