Finance and Customer Success Executive - Bedford
Term time only (working 38 weeks per year)
5 days a week
Office hours - 11am to 3pm - Based in Bedford
Home based hours 9pm to 12am (communicating with Australia)
Both home and office hrs are required
What You'll Do:
Perform a variety of financial and customer support duties.
Engage with customers to deliver exceptional support and assistance.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.

Who We're Looking For:
An organised team player with excellent communication skills.
A self-starter who enjoys working independently and can adapt to changing needs.
Prior experience in customer or technical support.
Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial.
Basic knowledge of the education sector is advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail, adept time management, and strong organisational abilities.
Proficient computer skills, especially with Excel.
Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
Office role: 11am - 3pm Monday to Friday.
Addressing school, parent, and tutor financial inquiries via email, online chat, and telephone. Managing customer Purchase Orders, resolving discrepancies with schools, and generating corresponding sales invoices.
Providing front-line support during lunchtime to ensure prompt query resolution. Pursuing unpaid sales invoices through email and phone communications.
Conducting data cleansing activities, such as updating records and verifying information with schools. Assisting in the processing of purchase invoices.
Evening Role: 9pm - 12pm Monday to Friday.
Addressing customer emails received after normal working hours.
Providing front-line support for customer inquiries (via email, online chat, and telephone), particularly for customers in the Australian time zone requiring prompt responses.
Demonstrating expertise in our platforms, utilising the Help Centre for guidance and response templates as needed.
Assisting schools primarily with technical issues, escalating complex matters to developers via our ticketing system and providing updates to users.
Following up on unpaid sales invoices from Australian schools through email and phone communications.
Performing administrative tasks, including updating key contacts in subscribing schools and managing data on our administrative site.
