As a Principal Highways Engineer within Ramboll’s Highways team, you will lead preliminary and detailed design stages for multiple highway projects. This role demands leadership and scheme design experience, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on budget.

Lead complex highway scheme design using industry-standard softwareSupervise the production and delivery of design, drawings, specifications, and reportsUphold health and safety standards, quality, and environmental policiesProvide technical guidance and mentor junior engineersAbout you
Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably a Masters)Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer status requiredStrong expertise in Autodesk Civils 3D and/or OpenRoadsSufficient knowledge of BIM procedures and Bentley ProjectWise systemExtensive experience in project delivery, including design & build projectsPersonal qualities include proven competence as an engineer, the ability to lead and mentor, and excellent communication skills.
