Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Second Mortgage Adviser based in Ringwood. Responsibilities include providing expert advice to clients and financial intermediaries on second-charge mortgage products, assessing client needs, managing applications, and processing cases before passing to our mortgage processing team. You will also build and maintain relationships with lenders, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and deliver excellent customer service for optimal client outcomes.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Mortgages and Mortgage Marketing
* Strong background in Finance and Financial Planning
* CeMAP qualification or equivalent certification
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Proven experience in client relationship management
* Experience in specialist property finance is a plus
