WeCool Toys is a Global Designer and Manufacturer of Dynamic Toys, Crafts, Compounds and more. We own, operate, and manage all vertical and horizontal production, package, export and distribution processes.

The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and driven E-Commerce Planner to join our Planning Team.



In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our online and marketplace channels (including Paladone and WeCool products) have the right stock, at the right time, at the right price. You'll work closely with Sales, NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to forecast demand, optimise purchasing decisions, and keep products moving efficiently through the supply chain.


This is a high-impact role where your analysis and planning will directly influence commercial decisions, stock efficiency, and sales performance. It offers the chance to work with global household brands, be at the heart of our e-commerce growth strategy, and develop your career in a fast-paced, international environment.

Please note: there will be a requirement to attend our Shoreham-by-Sea office once a month (or as business needs dictate).



What are key duties of the role?

E-Commerce & Product Planning

Forecast and plan stock in conjunction with sales teams, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

Monitor product performance and provide insights on bestsellers, slow-sellers, overstocks, and risks of out-of-stock.

Present stock proposals based on commercial analysis of customer sales trends.

Work to purchase budgets aligned with sales targets.

Maintain SKU classification across regions and support vendor/retailer reporting.

Reporting & Analysis

Develop and maintain forecasting tools, dashboards, and reporting for sales and inventory.

Analyse sell-out and sales reports to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

Provide data-driven insight to influence purchasing, stock movements, and future product development.

Collaboration & Communication

Present monthly updates on e-commerce activity in COMFI meetings.

Attend planning and e-commerce meetings, sharing insights and recommendations.

Support the wider planning team during absences and holiday cover.

Work closely with Finance, Sales, NPD, and Operations to deliver a customer-focused supply chain.



What we need you to bring to the team:

Experience in forecasting, demand planning, or e-commerce planning.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards).

Experience using ERP systems (Navision preferred) and reporting tools (Power BI desirable).

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
