The Opportunity
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager for Growth to implement the marketing plan for Optimus across key audiences in the property sector. You will support the delivery of integrated marketing plans to drive brand awareness, sales growth and customer retention.
The role will involve:
10. Day-to-day management of Optimus’ content schedule, social media profiles and website to drive consistent and relevant traffic
11. Working with our digital marketing team to analyse keyword and organic search performance and subsequently optimise existing or create new content to build on performance month on month
12. Working alongside other marketers and content producers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience
13. Co-ordinating new marketing campaigns with sales, product and customer success teams
14. Contributing and managing a content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
15. Managing and reporting on effectiveness of marketing efforts
16. Managing and running our attendance at both industry and internal events
17. About You
To be successful as the Senior Marketing Executive you will be someone who comes from a relevant background with a passion for marketing. You will ideally have proven experience of delivering high-quality pieces of content and managing delivery of marketing campaigns. You will have the ability to work closely with product and sales teams to create compelling communications which support growth and retention.
You will also have/be:
18. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant marketing qualification
19. Strong analytical and project management skills
20. Experience in content generation, either managing a content schedule or undertaking the necessary work to contribute to one.
21. Experience in inbound marketing and marketing automation (ideally Hubspot).
