Our client, a leading company in the electrical and electronic manufacturing sector, is currently seeking an Estimating and Sales Office Administrator to join their dynamic team on a Temp to Perm basis. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for administration. As the Estimating & Internal Sales Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our client's estimating and sales operations, providing essential support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of estimates and quotations for customers
* Manage and maintain customer databases and record-keeping systems
* Coordinate communication between the estimating team and internal departments
* Assist in handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses
* Send sales quotations as required by the sales team
* Help track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
* Support the internal sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
Job Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative support role within an Estimating environment
* Previous knowledge/experience in Electronic components
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* Basic understanding of estimating processes and sales operations is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
