What Your Role Will Involve:
* Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
* Running a designated kitchen section (up to 150 covers daily).
* Maintaining excellent standards in food hygiene and safety.
* Following menu specifications to ensure consistency.
* Supervising and supporting junior kitchen team members.
* Contributing to food cost control and kitchen efficiency.
* Bringing fresh ideas to the table that help us grow and improve.
What We’re Looking For:
* A flexible, motivated chef with a desire to learn and grow.
* Experience in a busy, fresh-produce kitchen setting.
* Great time management and reliability.
* Excellent attention to detail in prep and presentation.
* Experience in hotels or restaurants with banqueting operations is a plus.
* Food safety knowledge and relevant culinary qualifications.
