About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Health & Safety Administrator to provide high‑quality support to our site delivery team. This newly created, site‑based position plays a key role in ensuring proactive, efficient, and high‑standard HSE administration across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively maintain all health, safety, and environmental documentation.
* Coordinate site inductions and ensure all onboarding processes are completed.
* Collaborate closely with the Health & Safety Advisor and site delivery team.
* Monitor, scan, and manage manual and electronic filing systems for HSE documents.
* Distribute RAMS, Toolbox Talks, and other essential HSE documentation to supervisory teams.
* Produce weekly and monthly H&S statistical reports.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering high‑standards of site administration, with the ability to work autonomously when needed.
* Relevant administrator qualification (or equivalent).
* Meticulous attention to detail in all administrative duties.
* Strong spoken and written communication skills.
* Ability to competently and accurately take meeting minutes.
* Ability to compile and produce health, safety, and environmental statistical data.
