Hours: 6:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility available)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Full-time, ongoing with potential for a permanent contract

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and safety-focused Yard Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join our client's busy yard team. This is a full-time role offering long-term stability, flexibility with working hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful period.

Key Responsibilities
* Safely operating the counterbalance forklift
* Following correct site routes and health & safety procedures
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Maintaining a clean and organised working area
* Completing additional duties as required
* Supporting the team to ensure smooth yard operations

What We're Looking For
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
* Previous yard or forklift experience preferred
* Safety-conscious and reliable
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good work ethic and strong attention to detail
