We are looking for an Senior Creative to join our team and support our activity with key partners - the likes of Adidas, PlayStation, BBC & more. With the company in a period of growth, this is an exciting role with ample room for progression. Immediate start with max 4 weeks notice is desirable.
Key responsibilities
* Translating advertising briefs into creative concepts that move the needle within culture, excite our clients and resonate within the communities that follow us
* Drive internal brainstorms where creative ideas are fleshed out in more detail (tone of voice, look and feel, talent)
* Work closely with the strategy team to ensure creative ideas work alongside our strategic positioning and wider campaign goals
* Finalising creative concepts into concise, beautiful presentations that we pitch to clients alongside the partnership and strategy leads
* Work closely with the delivery team to communicate how your ideas should come to life, and help shape the execution along the way with recommendations and guidance
Key skills/requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience as a creative via agency, publisher or brand
* Have a strong portfolio of award-winning work, some of which is in sport
* A passion for thinking big and moving the needle in industry with your work
* You have a persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
* Advanced capability of Keynote/other presentation tool
* Internet savvy & being culturally connected to ever evolving digital trends & behaviours
* Great communicator – in person, on calls, via email
* Highly ambitious and entrepreneurial
