An international education group with a global presence is seeking a CEO for the UK and emerging European markets as the company expands. Reporting to the Global CEO, the ideal candidate will: Work closely with the Shareholders and the global team to ensure that the region is meeting its goals and objectives, and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Lead effective engagement and communication with shareholders and other relevant stakeholders. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the region's financial health and growth. Plan and implement long-term business strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and a relevant master's degree. A minimum of 10 years’ experience at C level and a proven track record of achieving success and growth. Strong focus on people Experience in a private equity backed company Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry. Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
