We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef to join a busy staff canteen on our client's site in Enniskillen. This is a temporary ongoing role, offering consistent weekday hours and a great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality meals for staff Managing daily food preparation and service within the canteen Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained Assisting with menu planning and stock control Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment Requirements: Proven experience working as a Chef in a similar environment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen Strong understanding of food hygiene regulations Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to ongoing temporary work Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred) What We Offer: Competitive pay at £16.50 per hour Weekly pay Monday to Friday schedule - no weekends Immediate start available Ongoing temporary work with potential for extension If you are an experienced Chef looking for a steady, weekday role with an immediate start, we'd love to hear from you.
