Oversee budget adherence and ensure profitability, cash flow, and gross margin targets are met. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring contractual commitments are upheld and continuous growth is achieved. Lead and mentor a team, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to succeed. Ensure successful sales and marketing activities, optimized inventory, and efficient time-to-market for resources. Drive the sales forecast process, improving accuracy and generating predictable revenue. Regularly report on market trends, vendor performance, and competitive landscape. Maintain a strong focus on partner loyalty, marketing, and lead generation activities. Annual business and financial plans with monthly milestones. Regular sales and inventory forecasts. Partner and vendor activities to drive growth and loyalty. Marketing campaigns to generate awareness and leads. Relevant vendor certifications (within the last 3 years). 5 years of experience in vendor or distributor management. Proven ability to build teams, mentor, and collaborate cross-functionally. Previous experience with the listed vendors (Avaya, Canon, Dell, HPE, Huawei, and others). Additional Information Travel may be required for vendor meetings, business reviews, and other activities.
