This role is essential in maintaining high product standards, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements, and supporting continuous improvement across production processes. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough product inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
* Analyse data from quality checks and audits to identify trends and recommend improvements.
* Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including non‑conformance reports and corrective action logs.
* Support internal audits and assist with external inspections.
* Participate in training initiatives to promote strong quality practices across the business.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong analytical abilities with confidence interpreting data.
* Previous experience in a quality assurance role.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments.
* High levels of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Proficient with quality management software and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and within a fast‑paced environment.
