Warehouse Team Leader - Nights

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:30

Your Role
As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the night shift logistics team. You'll lead by example, motivating your team to meet production targets, maintain high hygiene standards, and deliver goods on time and in full. This is a hands-on leadership role where communication, organisation, and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the night shift logistics team to meet operational targets.
Maintain hygiene standards in the warehouse and packing areas.
Drive continuous improvement across logistics operations.
Perform daily WMS load checks and manage stock levels.
Liaise with Production and Transport teams to ensure accurate load fulfilment.
Uphold company procedures and promote a courteous, professional environment.
Report machinery defects, near misses, and accidents promptly.
Support lean initiatives and waste reduction across the site.
Cover supervisor duties during absences and holidays.
Ensure OTIF (On Time in Full) targets are consistently met.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to delegate, prioritise, and multitask effectively.
Computer literate and numerate.
Flexible, positive, and self-motivated.
