Windsor Forest College Group - Apprentice Business Services Administrator
Windsor Forest College Group is seeking an Apprentice Business Services Administrator to join our Apprenticeships team at Berkshire College of Agriculture on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time (37 hours per week) and primarily based at the BCA Campus, with occasional travel to Slough and Langley campuses.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the daily operations and administration of the Business Development Team.
* Ensure successful Apprenticeship enrolments and process applications.
* Monitor compliance checks and create evidence packs for new starters.
* Handle telephone and email enquiries.
* Maintain the college CRM system.
* Assist with event planning and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths or equivalent. Experience in data entry and administration is desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet), flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
