We’re looking for a Brand Manager (EMEAA), to join our team and help shape the future of Hotel Indigo, as well as supporting Kimpton, across Europe, Middle East, Asia & Africa. You'll be based in our Global HQ in Windsor, UK.
In this role, you’ll support the development and lead the effective implementation of the brand strategy, plans, and standards in EMEAA. You’ll ensure consistency and competitiveness, champion guest experiences, and drive improvements in brand performance and growth across the region.

What you’ll do:
* Support strategic growth and manage the implementation of brand strategy, plans, and standards based on global frameworks, adapted for EMEAA.
* Monitor, analyse and report on brand performance for the region, working closely with global teams.
* Partner with Regional Brand Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to balance strategic intent with operational realities.
* Support the development, piloting, and implementation of product and service innovations that strengthen brand health and awareness.
* Manage the integration and roll-out of global projects, ensuring adoption of the Hotel Ready process.
* Lead designated Guest Experience projects within EMEAA.
* Collaborate with the Global Brand Design team to ensure correct execution of Brand Visual Identity.
* Deliver brand immersion presentations to regional partners and support the waiver/standards process.
* Partner with Development Teams to prepare brand presentations, case studies, and pitch materials.
* Manage brand budgets for the region
* Support the Brand Director with compelling content for hotel leader engagement.
* Act as a brand ambassador and trusted point of contact for stakeholders across the region.
* Provide cross-brand support across the Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or strategy within hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-focused industries.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build trusted internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Strong analytical skills to monitor performance, interpret data, and deliver clear reports and dashboards that inform team decisions.
* A creative yet pragmatic mindset, able to navigate delivery challenges and competing priorities.
* Confidence in presenting, influencing, and leading projects with impact.
* A genuine passion for guest experience and lifestyle hospitality.
* Willingness and ability to travel within the region.
