Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Opportunity
Location: Connecticut (Remote/Telehealth)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver therapeutic services remotely, assisting individuals in overcoming mental health challenges and enhancing their emotional well‑being. This role offers the opportunity to work in a flexible, remote environment while making a tangible impact on the lives of clients through structured therapy and personalized support.
Responsibilities
* Provide telehealth therapy to clients with a range of psychological and emotional challenges.
* Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
* Record and track client progress in a timely and accurate manner.
* Provide case management and resource referrals as necessary.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Qualifications
* LCSW certification (active and in good standing).
* Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in clinical social work.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
