The London-based International Media Services team for a client in the Entertainment Industry is looking for a Digital Media Planner / Buyer to join the team. You will work with the sponsorship and marketing teams across the international portfolio of websites, including festivals and venues, in over 50 Markets. The International Media Services team is responsible for planning and delivering digital programmes for sponsors across multiple digital touch points including social media amplification, owned and operated ad network audience extension using our first-party data. This role blends hands-on execution and creating best-in-class media plans that answer client objectives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Translate sponsorship briefs into actionable media plans across social, programmatic, video and owned and operated platforms.
* Optimise cross-channel media plans to ensure delivery in full and performance to benchmarks.
* Set up, execute and manage sponsorship paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (meta, TikTok, DV360)
* Monitor live campaigns to ensure flawless delivery, optimal performance, and efficient budget allocation balancing profit and surpassing sponsor objectives.
* Report on campaigns performance, compile PCAs with learnings and recommendations
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
* Experience in digital media planning and buying within sponsorship (ideally across multiple markets)
* Expertise of paid social media (demonstratable experience using Meta Business and Ads Manager, TiktTok Ads Manager)
* Expertise across programmatic platforms (Strong experience using Google DV360, and either Trade desk or Pubmatic)
* Expertise with audience targeting, data-driven optimization, and campaign analytics
* Ability to translate campaign performance data into clear insights and storytelling for clients and partners
* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Proven track record of managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns with complex stakeholder needs
