Job Description We are looking for a talented Regional Revenue Manager, Hotel Division, to act as a trusted commercial partner to hotel leadership across a defined region within the Splendid Hospitality Group portfolio.
Working within a complex multi-brand, franchise-led environment (including IHG, Hilton, Marriott), the Regional Revenue Manager applies brand frameworks and standards while identifying opportunities to optimise commercial performance for the business. The role works in close partnership with the Regional General Manager and individual General Managers, as well as with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and central Revenue colleagues, to influence outcomes without direct line management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Regional Revenue Performance - Own and influence revenue performance across a defined region of hotels, leading forecasting, pricing, yield, and trading activity to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share.
Act as a Trusted Commercial Partner to Hotel Leadership - Work closely with the Regional General Manager and General Managers to provide insight, challenge assumptions, and support effective commercial decision-making at hotel level.
Balance Hands-On Trading with Strategic Thinking - Operate confidently between hands-on revenue management activity and higher-level commercial discussions, ensuring short-term performance is delivered in alignment with divisional strategy.
Translate Divisional Revenue Strategy into Hotel Execution - Support the implementation of divisional revenue strategy by embedding agreed frameworks, processes, and best practice across hotels, ensuring consistency while recognising local market nuance.
Work Effectively Within Multi-Brand Franchise Frameworks - Apply brand standards, tools, and guidance (IHG, Hilton, Marriott or similar) effectively, acting as an interpreter between brand requirements and commercial opportunity.
Uplift Commercial Capability Across Hotels - Coach and support General Managers and hotel teams to build confidence, understanding, and capability in revenue management and commercial decision-making.
Leverage Data, Insight, and Systems - Use revenue systems, performance data, and market insight to inform decisions, identify opportunities and risks, and drive evidence-based recommendations.
Support Development and Change Activity - Contribute to feasibility studies, rebrands, new hotel openings, and development projects by providing robust revenue analysis, forecasts, and market insight.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People teams to ensure revenue activity is fully aligned with wider commercial and operational objectives.
About You:
Proven experience in a hotel revenue management role, ideally supporting multiple hotels or a regional portfolio.
Experience working within a hotel management company operating across multiple brands and franchise partners.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to combine detailed analysis with practical, action-oriented delivery.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, including General Managers, without formal authority.
Experience balancing short-term trading decisions with longer-term performance improvement.
Confident, collaborative, and credible, with a values-driven approach aligned to Splendid Hospitality Group culture.
