Regional Account Manager –
Location: North London, Northern Home Counties & East Anglia (Must reside in the Region)

They are now looking for a driven Regional Account Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in expanding their presence across the region.
The Role
As a Regional Account Manager, you will be the commercial lead for your region, responsible for driving revenue, distribution, and brand visibility across Electrical wholesalers, distributors, and trade partners.
You will work closely with partners to ensure our clients' products are understood, correctly stocked, and actively promoted to contractors, installers, and end users.
This is a hands-on, relationship-focused sales role in which you’ll represent a leading safety brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow revenue, market share, and margin across distributor and wholesaler accounts within your region.
* Expand their partner network by onboarding new branches, distributors, and trade customers.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders to drive long‑term loyalty and sales growth.
* Deliver engaging training sessions on products and compliance standards.
* Activate promotions, pricing initiatives, and in‑branch stock profiles to improve sell‑through.
* Work closely with Specification Managers to convert specified projects into confirmed product orders.
* Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to conversion and repeat business.
* Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline forecasts, and account plans.
* Monitor competitor activity and customer trends, sharing insights with the wider Sales & Marketing teams.
* Represent the company at customer meetings, events, and industry forums.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded sales professional with:
* Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
* A background within the built environment, electrical wholesale, fire safety, electrical, or related trade sectors.
* Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
* Confidence in delivering presentations and training to customers.
* A good understanding (or willingness to learn) of domestic fire detection systems and compliance standards.
* Strong planning, organisation, and follow‑up discipline.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* A full UK driving license and willingness to travel regionally/nationally.
