Responsibilities
3. Research and maintain knowledge of customer base to generate suitable leads
4. Develop an understanding of customer needs and alternative solutions
5. Undertake proactive relationship building with prospects
6. Negotiate competitive prices and ensure that profitability targets are maintained
7. Take accountability for your contract documentation and administration
8. Update information in our CRM system daily
9. Prepare monthly reports of sales versus target
10. Give structured feedback to your manager
