About The Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand, delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers contribute valuable customer feedback and help us meet our delivery commitments.
As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will help ensure the success of our high-performing organisation and promote our brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
* Deliver products to customer premises within a 40-mile radius
* Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
* Provide feedback on customer and competitor activity to the branch
* Load your vehicle according to procedures
* Collect customer returns as required
* Perform vehicle maintenance and daily checks
* Assist in the warehouse as needed
* Support inter-branch transfer deliveries when required
Working hours: Up to 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday work depending on branch needs.
About You
What you'll need to succeed:
* Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
* Minimum of 3 years driving experience
* Good knowledge of the 40-mile radius around the branch
* Previous delivery driver experience
* Understanding of excellent customer service standards
* Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
* Customer-focused, driven, and willing to go the extra mile
