What you’ll do on a typical day:
Manage on road issues and the delivery failure process to a high standard of compliance
* Allocate fleet and crews for home delivery to correct routes to ensure legal compliance
* Manage driver performance to achieve high standards of customer service, ensuring a high level of NPS / Happy Customer score is achieved
* Liaise with customer to resolve any customer issues
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Understanding of WTD and Driver’s hours
* Experience within a similar role
* Experience of investigations and disciplinaries
* Good knowledge of TMS systems
