Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) role: leads the next chapter of our customer engagement and loyalty strategy, reporting to the UK Managing Director. This strategically important leadership role shapes how we connect with customers across every stage of their journey – bringing together data, insight, technology and creativity to deliver smarter, more personalised experiences.
Responsibilities
* Lead the transformation of the CRM capability across loyalty, lifecycle marketing, email, SMS and direct communications.
* Drive stronger engagement, deeper retention and long-term customer value.
* Work at the heart of the business, partnering across Retail, Digital, eCommerce, Data and Technology to build a customer‑first CRM and Loyalty roadmap that supports growth, performance and future capability.
Qualifications
Commercially minded CRM leader with strong strategic thinking, a passion for customer experience, and a proven track record of turning insight into action.
