My clients are in the healthcare sector, and they’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team! You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, nurses, and healthcare partners, ensuring they receive outstanding service from start to finish.
Customer Service Assistant responsibilities:
6. Handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare professionals
7. Process orders accurately and efficiently
8. Manage and resolve queries related to products, services, and deliveries
9. Investigate delays or delivery issues with a solution-focused approach
10. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are completed on time
Skills & experience required:
11. Must be happy to commute to Crawley once a week
12. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
13. Empathetic, patient, and able to communicate with people of all backgrounds
14. Strong verbal and written skills
15. Comfortable learning and using new technology
16. Effective problem solver with strong attention to detail
17. Motivated, reliable, and a true team player
18. Able to prioritise multiple urgent tasks
