Grafters Recruit are recruiting for severalcourier engagement officersfor a well establishedcompany in theLichfield area, to cover the north East areas,


The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven engagement specialist, with a positive, self-starter attitude who is comfortable engaging with new people each day. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with our past and potential neighbourhood couriers, helping the business grow its network and improve the lead database.

Role requires:

1. Computer literate- confident with Microsoft Office suite(Excel, Outlook, etc.)
2. Prior experience with CRM platforms is desired
3. Stakeholder engagement
4. Call centre experience (Pref)
5. Customer service experience
6. Confident telephone manner
