Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Supervision:Assist the Registered Manager in managing and supervising the residential care staff, promoting an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.
2. Care Planning:Develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans, ensuring childrens physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
3. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure the home is compliant with all relevant regulations, policies, and best practice guidelines, maintaining our high standards of care.
