<div><p>We’re looking for an SEO Manager to work on a leading ecommerce brand, helping to drive organic growth across technical SEO, content, site architecture, performance reporting and emerging search opportunities.</p><p>This role would suit someone confident delivering day-to-day SEO activity, comfortable speaking with clients and stakeholders, and able to translate technical SEO recommendations into clear, commercially focused actions.</p><p>You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing priorities, delivering audits and recommendations, and working closely with wider teams.</p><p>You’ll also help the brand adapt to the evolving search landscape, including AI Overviews, AI-assisted discovery and changing ecommerce search behaviours.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage day-to-day SEO activity for a leading ecommerce brand, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and aligned to business objectives.</li><li>Lead technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, redirects, canonicals, structured data, page speed and Core Web Vitals.</li><li>Identify organic growth opportunities across ecommerce categories, product pages, landing pages and supporting content areas.</li><li>Support keyword research, content gap analysis, SERP analysis and on-page optimisation recommendations.</li><li>Work closely with developers and internal teams to brief, prioritise and follow up on technical SEO fixes.</li><li>Review ecommerce site structures including category pages, product pages, filters, faceted navigation and internal linking.</li><li>Produce clear SEO reporting and commentary, turning performance data into useful insights and actions.</li><li>Monitor organic performance using tools including Google Search Console, GA4, SEOmonitor, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Semrush, Ahrefs, ContentKing or similar.</li><li>Manage client and stakeholder communication including meetings, updates, actions and recommendations.</li><li>Support SEO strategy development connecting technical improvements with commercial outcomes.</li><li>Monitor developments in AI search including AI Overviews, AI-assisted shopping journeys and changing user behaviour.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve visibility in AI-led search experiences through structured content, entity optimisation, schema and information architecture.</li><li>Review SEO recommendations through both traditional search and AI discoverability lenses.</li><li>Support insight around how AI-driven search changes may impact visibility, CTR and ecommerce performance.</li></ul><h3>Skills and Experience Required</h3><ul><li>Strong technical SEO knowledge including crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, structured data, internal linking, page speed and site architecture.</li><li>Experience working with ecommerce websites including category pages, product pages, filters, faceted navigation and larger site structures.</li><li>Good account or stakeholder management experience.</li><li>Confidence presenting SEO recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience using SEO and analytics platforms.</li><li>Ability to prioritise work based on impact, effort and commercial value.</li><li>Experience translating SEO audits into practical recommendations.</li><li>Comfortable working with developers, content teams, analytics teams and performance media teams.</li><li>Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader strategic view.</li><li>A proactive and organised approach.</li><li>Understanding of how structured data, content quality and entity signals support AI-led search visibility.</li><li>Interest in testing and learning around AI search and emerging search behaviour.</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Understanding of CRO, UX and SEO’s role in conversion.</li><li>Experience using AI tools for SEO workflows and analysis.</li><li>Understanding of how SEO and PPC work together.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>You enjoy getting into the
