Are you passionate about helping students thrive? We're on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and student-focused Student Achievement Advisor to join the team.
The role will be based across multiple campuses.
In this role, you'll be working closely with students-both one-on-one and in small groups-supporting them with:
Boosting their GCSE English and Maths skills
Navigating exams and assessments
Building up their academic, technical, and research skills
Mastering study techniques to help them succeed
You'll be part of a supportive team that works with students from all walks of life, including those with learning needs or disabilities. Your job? Help them feel confident, capable, and ready to tackle their courses head-on.
What We're Looking For:
At least a Level 3 qualification and GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Confidence in supporting students with GCSE English and Maths skills
Ability to motivate and engage learners across a range of vocational subjects
A team player who can also work independently and take initiative
Strong communication skills to connect with students, parents, and carers alike
Organised, resourceful, and learner-focused
You'll also help track student progress, create tailored support plans, and work closely with curriculum teams to make sure every student gets the help they need.

Key Responsibilities
Provide targeted academic support in English, Maths, and vocational areas.
Work with staff and support teams to identify needs and create action plans.
Help students build skills in organisation, exam preparation, and research.
Monitor progress and keep staff and parents/carers informed.
Encourage independent learning and high levels of attendance.
Share resources and best practice as part of a supportive team.
General Responsibilities

Be familiar with safeguarding policies and comply with requirements to protect the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
Undertake additional duties or projects as directed by a line manager, following consultation.
