About us
Claritas is a UK-based B2B communications agency that assists global clients in designing and executing their communication strategies and campaigns. Our comprehensive services encompass corporate communications, including strategy and planning, internal and external communications, social media content, brand design, graphic design, presentation development, video production, data visualisation, writing and editorial, and consultancy services. Our communications are rooted in clarity, designed for impact, and focused on outcome.
The role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives on action, storytelling and connection. Someone who wants to see the impact of their work in real relationships, conversations and opportunities.
You’ll work closely with our Managing Director who you will report to, to create visibility, build credibility, and keep Claritas front-of-mind with prospects, clients and partners we most want to work with.
Key responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and deliver targeted campaigns that speak directly to high-value prospects. Create tailored content, outreach sequences and event touchpoints that help us open doors and build relationships.
Content & Case Studies: Own the creation of compelling content. From punchy case studies and project stories to thought‑leadership pieces and short videos that showcase our impact. Repurpose long‑form content across multiple formats and channels (email, LinkedIn, video snippets, and events).
Events & Community: Explore the option to plan and host small, high‑quality networking events, client roundtables and partner sessions that position Claritas as a trusted, visible voice in our space. Identify industry events, awards, and speaking opportunities to amplify our reach.
Social & Digital Presence: Keep our LinkedIn and owned channels vibrant and on‑brand. Test new ideas, track what performs, and iterate fast.
AI-Enabled Marketing: Use approved AI tools to accelerate ideation, research and content repurposing, while ensuring everything stays authentic, accurate and true to the Claritas voice.
Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with the leadership team to align marketing with pipeline goals. Track performance metrics (leads influenced, event ROI, engagement) and share actionable insights.
