Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various environments. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
* Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
* Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
* Complete app based completion reports.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; we value a willingness to learn.
* Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* Basic proficiency in English is required for understanding instructions and communicating effectively.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that may require travel between sites.
