Reporting to the Safety and Security Manager, you will be responsible for:
assist in the implementation and administration of health, safety, and fire safety policies
ensure compliance with safety procedures and legal obligations
investigate security and safety incidents, including accidents and fire alarms, and provide recommendations
deliver training sessions, communicate safety policies, and maintain up-to-date safety documentation
assist with conducting fire drills and act as a deputy in emergency situations
maintain records of safety activities, produce statistical reports, and ensure compliance with certifications
Qualifications
previous experience within a similar role
current SIA Door Supervisor license
excellent customer service skills
great observation and monitoring skills
ability to be assertive in any situation in a professional way
ability to work on your own initiative but also as part of the Security team
