The Role:
Were looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Retention Specialist to join their existing complaints team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Complaint Logging
* Accurately log all customer complaints and concerns ensuring escalation
* Follow up and resolution as needed.
* Handling and organising complaint information through different channels and systems.
* Actively follow up any complaints to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
£12.24 an hour plus bonus (£25,467, OTE £35,000) Shifts are working 8.00am-5.00pm and 9.00am-6.00pm on a rotational basis and 1 in 5 Saturdays 9am-1.00pm (40 hours a week)
