We are looking for experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel Spreadsheets and great communication skills both over the telephone and face to face.

Responsibilities include:
5. Acting as the first point of contact for clients and temporary workers both over the telephone, via email and face to face
6. Process payroll accurately and to company deadlines
7. Providing full administrative support to the branch
8. Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values
9. Working with one of our Recruitment Consultants, finding the right temporary workers for the right roles
10. Identifying, assessing and selecting appropriate temporary workers ensuring they match client requirements
11. Communicating with temporary workers with regular updates
12. Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values
Hours of Work:
13. Working hours are 22.5 hours per week Monday Tuesday and Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Typical hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm.
